SHIPPING

✴ Stickers & magnets: USPS standard shipping, in a regular envelope, without a tracking number. This is to keep shipping free. Bulk orders, however, include a tracking number a padded parcel.

✴ Hoops: USPS Priority Mail, in a box, with a tracking number. Materials/Handling are included in shipping cost (including but not limited to boxes, packing tape, paper, ink, gas to post office, etc.)

✴ We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Accepted payments include:

♥ Direct checkout (credit card)
♥ Cash (in person)

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

↠ Refunds/exchanges must be requested within 48 hours after the hoop is received. The hoop must be shipped back within 5 days of delivery and it must be shipped in the original box that it was sent in. Once the hoop has been returned safely, your refund will then be issued back onto whatever card or payment processor that was used. Exchanges for store credit are also welcomed. The buyer must pay for return shipping. 

↠ If your hoop/product has been lost or 
damaged during transit (take a photograph of damaged product), I will do my best to help the situation, but cannot assume any responsibility for the shipper's actions. You must contact them directly to file a claim.

↠ Please read the instructions when you receive your hoop. I cannot be held liable for damage if incorrectly used on your end.
